British pop sensation Harry Styles has emerged from the shadows to reclaim his spotlight, announcing a global residency tour, new single "Aperture," and sharing a wild tale of witnessing Pope Leo XIV's reveal in Rome. The 10-minute conversation with BBC Radio 1's Greg James offered a glimpse into Styles' creative process, inspirations, and personal journey.

Styles' return to music follows a couple of years away from work, during which he had a chance to reflect on his life and open himself up to new experiences. This newfound perspective has shaped the LP's title, which can be interpreted as "drink water all the time. But you're gonna have to pee occasionally." The idea behind it is that you can take a break from something (in this case, kissing) but still enjoy another aspect of life.
In his conversation with James, Styles shared stories of popping up in unexpected places, like attending Glastonbury Festival or helping a fan parallel park their Fiat 500. However, one memorable experience stands out – watching Pope Leo XIV's reveal in Rome and later walking over to witness it himself. "It was wild," he recalled.
Styles' Together, Together tour kicks off on May 17 at Amsterdam's Johan Cruyff Arena before heading to London's Wembley Stadium for six nights. The tour will take him to various cities worldwide, including São Paulo, Mexico City, and a 30-night stint at NYC's Madison Square Garden.
