... like what even is going on here? a school brawl leads to a fight at an apartment complex, and now this young girl is gone 
it's just so senseless. 10 years old? no way he should be in custody for something like this 
texas laws or whatever, it just don't sit right with me... what about all the ppl who were involved? are they gonna face consequences too? 
and those witnesses... did nobody do anything to stop that fight from escalating? 
. And what about the girl who lost her life - she's gonna have such a tough road ahead of her family... it's just not fair
