A senseless shooting turned deadly in Bed-Stuy Saturday night, claiming the life of a 26-year-old man. Elquan Tillman was found shot multiple times in his torso after police responded to an incident near the Sumner Houses on Stockton Street around 11 p.m.

ugh man this is just so frustrating... 26 years old and taken from us like that its not right at all these shootings are getting outta control in nyc and im so done with the fact that we cant even walk down the street without being scared to lose our lives or a loved ones theres gotta be somethin more we can do to stop this cycle of violence and turn things around for the better, i mean what happened 2 elquan was he just in the wrong place at the wrong time... or was it something more? the police are investigatein but its been days now with no leads and no answers thats not right we deserve better than this :(

i dont know what's goin on in brooklyn rn but it feels like every time somethin bad happens there's another incident just poppin up like this. i feel for the community, they must be livin through this trauma like every week. we need answers ASAP! 💡
