Agentes de ICE usaron gas lacrimógeno en Elgin y tras horas de enfrentamiento, arrestaron a un hombre

Un enfrentamiento prolongado entre agentes federales y residentes de un complejo de apartamentos en Elgin terminó con la detención de un hombre, tras lo cual se desplegaron gases lacrimógenos y granadas aturdidoras.
