finally some progress on climate change... i was getting worried that we were gonna go down the same path as the last few years with no concrete steps towards reducing emissions 
it's a small step, but its better than nothing. I'm all for phase-out timelines being more aggressive though, 39 days just isn't enough time to make significant changes in our daily lives and industries
