... i was really looking forward to seeing him play more and now marat khusnutdinov gets thrust into this big role 
... i mean, he's shown some promising stuff already but it's one thing to score in overtime against the sabres and another thing to do it consistently on the powerplay 
... i'm curious to see how Pastrnak and Geekie adapt to playing with him, they seem like a solid unit

... maybe this is an opportunity for him to put in some big performances and prove himself as more than just a supporting actor
