but at the same time its a good thing that campbells co is taking responsibility for the situation and saying that stuff doesnt reflect their values... those comments are super hurtful and unacceptable. i feel bad for the indian workers who might've been targeted by bally's racist remarks 
and also for robert garza who reported the incident and had to deal with it all alone 
anyway, its good that campbells co is trying to make things right and move forward 
just saw this news and honestly kinda shocked that it took someone being caught on tape to get the company to take action. like, can't they just listen to each other in meetings or something? anyway, glad they fired the guy, but feel bad for the indian workers who heard those racist comments 
. maybe its time for companies to have more diverse boards and training programs to prevent this kinda thing from happening again...
