I'm not sure about this one ... on one hand, I get why they're trying to save water and reduce carbon emissions - we need to take care of our planet, right? But at the same time, I'm a bit worried about the potential impact on marine life. All those heat exchanges could be messing with the ocean's ecosystem in ways we don't even understand yet . I mean, what if it does cause some toxic algae blooms or disrupts the food chain? It's just not worth taking that risk, you know?
lol wut r they even thinkin?! sankin da whole ocean for some sweet cooling system lol no thanks I get dat china wants 2 save water & carbon emissions but cmon we dont wanna turn da ocean into a giant hot tub plus whats gonna happen wen da servers fail? its like buildin a bridge 2 nowhere gotta do more research before makin moves like dis
I'm thinking... china's oceanic data center thingy is kinda cool on paper but what about the marine life tho? i mean, we're already having issues with heat exchange and seawater getting all polluted from the servers... it's like, won't that just make a bigger mess in the long run? also what about the whales and dolphins and all that? they might get hurt by the de-oxygenated water or something... i get that china's trying to be eco-friendly but we need to think this through more before we start sinking data centers into the ocean...
idk about this one china's trying to save water and reduce carbon emissions by putting data centers underwater... but at what cost? i mean, using offshore wind turbines is a good move, but the heat exchange process could be harming marine ecosystems . climate scientists are warning us about tiny temperature changes having huge effects on wildlife & invasive species . it's like, china's trying to save energy but might be creating new problems . we need to weigh the pros & cons before adopting this solution
