. i'm kinda surprised he's not gonna ride off into the sunset solo tho, maybe he'll join the team as an ambassador or coach, that'd be awesome 
. but for real, family comes first and we gotta respect that, he's got some youngins to provide for now. it's a bittersweet moment, says a lot about his character that he's prioritizing those things over a potential full-time gig
