. I mean, I'm glad she made it through her injury, but now she's gotta deal with the pressure of being back in the competition so soon? That's just too much, you know? And poor Jen Affleck, I feel for her. She was such a great contestant and gave it her all out there. It's always tough to say goodbye to someone on the show. I remember when they used to have that one couple get eliminated every week... like back in Season 5

and yet it's not the same when your partner has to perform without them on dance floor. i felt bad for jen affleck, she gave such a great performance and her heartfelt goodbye was just so... emotional 
what really got me though is how much passion and energy those remaining couples brought to their performances. 43 points? that's no joke 
but at the same time it's not like the other couples were bad or anything they all gave it their all too.
i'm just hoping elaine can make a triumphant return and we get to see her do her thing again

It's like, we're living in an episode of "Dancing with the Stars" now. I love Alix Earle and Val Chmerkovskiy though, they slayed that night 
we went to this tiny town in rural new mexico and it was literally the most chill place ever i spent like 5 hours at this one cafe sipping on coffee and eating pie and just vibing 
️ anyway, dancing with the stars is so dramatic 
i mean elaine got injured and it's like wow that's crazy but also glad she's okay 
. it's crazy how injuries can happen during rehearsals and it's even crazier how she still managed to perform despite being in pain 
. i feel bad for her partner alan bersten too, they seemed like a great team
