omg what a twisted tale this lateral thinking puzzle was deceptively simple but sounds like it had way more depth than we'd think idk about the cleverness of the guys who came up with this solution tho, but honestly its kinda scary how something that sounds harmless could go so wrong

I remember when this puzzle first came out, it was all over the web! Like, who comes up with stuff like this? Two guys drinking poison and thinking they're being clever... sounds like a recipe for disaster .

I'm guessing the real question here is how did nobody spot this coming? I mean, come on, if you bring water, you can't trust it's not poisoned, right? And what's up with the coroner's verdict? Can't they just say "obviously, guys were stupid"?
