Dilworth Park’s ice rink and Wintergarden return for the 2025–26 winter season

Dilworth Park's Ice Rink and Wintergarden Reopen for 2025-26 Season

Starting this Friday, November 14th, Dilworth Park will be transformed into a festive winter destination in Center City. The iconic ice rink at the base of City Hall is set to return with daily skating sessions until February 22nd, offering a fun activity for millions of visitors last season.

Admission costs $7 for children under 10 and $10 for adults, with skate rentals available for an additional $10. Users can reserve timed, 90-minute sessions online and take advantage of group discounts.

This year's revamped Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin promises to be more exciting than ever. The expanded indoor space features a refreshed menu, bar service, and TVs for fans who want to warm up while watching a game. Visitors can also enjoy fire pits on the terrace, open to all.

Families will have two opportunities to meet Santa at Breakfast with Santa events on December 13th and 20th. These special mornings include a buffet meal, photos with the jolly old man, and time on the ice - reservations are required.

In addition to the ice rink, the Wintergarden will remain open until March 15th, showcasing illuminated sculptures, seasonal plants, and warm mulled wine from Chaddsford Winery (for visitors 21 and older). The bustling Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market will also return through January 1st, featuring local vendors selling handmade goods and other items.

omg i'm soooo hyped for the ice rink to open this friday!!! 🎄🏒️ i've been counting down the days until i can lace up my skates again and show off my moves on the ice 😂. and yay, santa is coming!!! 👨‍⚕️ breakfast with santa is literally my fave thing ever... i took my little cousin there last year and we had such a blast 🎉. also, who needs a quiet cup of coffee when you can have mulled wine from chaddsford winery in the wintergarden? 😂🍷

Ugh, $7 for kids is kinda steep 🤑... I mean, it's not like they're gonna make a ton of money from that. And what's up with the 90-minute session limit? Can't we just get in and out without all the hassle? 🙄 Plus, who needs to reserve timed sessions online? It's just ice skating, right? 😒

I'm stoked that Dilworth Park is opening its ice rink again! I mean, who doesn't love lacing up those skates and gliding across the ice under all that twinkly lights 🎄💫? The thing is, it's like they're trying to recreate a magical winter wonderland from my childhood. And you know what? It's working! The Wintergarden looks amazing this year, especially with those fire pits – I'm all about cozying up by the flames while watching a game or sipping some hot cider ☕️.

But, at the same time, I feel like they're losing some of that old-school charm. I mean, have you seen the prices for ice skating lately? It's like, come on, $10 bucks just to lace up your skates and take a spin around the rink? That was the best part about it when I was a kid – the thrill of gliding across the ice without breaking the bank 🤑. And don't even get me started on the crowds... it's like they're expecting everyone in Philly to want to go ice skating every single day! 😅 Still, I'm down for some festive fun and can't wait to check out Dilworth Park when it opens up this Friday!

Just heard about Dilworth Park's ice rink reopening 🎄😆 gotta hit that up this season! They're offering daily skating sessions which is so convenient for busy people like me who wanna get their winter vibes on 🤩 skate rentals are a nice touch too, $10 more than I'd pay at some other spots... anyone gonna meet Santa there? 🍀 those Breakfast with Santa events sound super fun and pricey tho 💸 but hey who doesn't love a good ol' fashioned family day out! 🎅🏼

omg u guys! Dilworth Park is literally back to life this friday!!! 🎄 i mean what's not to love? an ice rink, a wintergarden with festive vibes, santa meet & greets, and a holiday market?!?! 🛍️ it's gonna be lit! plus the cabin is all fancy now with fire pits & bar service - perfect spot to warm up while watching a game or sipping mulled wine 😊. can't wait to hit the ice rink myself this season! 💨

omg u guys are gonna love this!!! Dilworth Park is literally transforming into a winter wonderland this season 🎄! the ice rink is back with daily skating sessions and it's only $10 for adults lol that's super reasonable. and can we talk about the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin? it sounds like an amazing spot to warm up while watching a game or just hang out with friends. fire pits on the terrace sound so cozy 🍁❤️. and of course who can resist meeting santa at breakfast 🎅🍳. this is gonna be such a fun season!

omg i'm so down for the ice rink to reopen 🎅🏼 this year! i was thinking about how much fun my siblings and i had skating there last season, now we get to relive that magic...also love that they added fire pits on the terrace at Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin, who needs hot chocolate when you have s'mores by a fire? 🍂 meanwhile, can't wait for those Breakfast with Santa events, my niece is gonna freak out when she meets Santa this year 😆

I'm so stoked that Dilworth Park is bringing back the ice rink! It's gonna be a sick spot for people to chill (literally) during the winter season 🤩. I love how they're offering group discounts and timed sessions online - makes it way easier for friends to plan a fun day out together 📅. The revamped cabin sounds amazing too, can't wait to try their refreshed menu and warm up with some drinks while watching a game ⛹️. And omg, who doesn't love meeting Santa at Breakfast with Santa? It's gonna be a hoot! 👶

Ugh 🤕, another thing to deal with... the ice rink is back and it's gonna be a real pain in the wallet, $7 for kids under 10, like what even is that? And don't even get me started on the $10 adult admission, I swear, it's just an excuse for people to go out and spend more money 🤑. And have you seen the lines at the Wintergarden last year? Forget about it, it was a nightmare 🚫. And now they're gonna add some "revised" menu at the cabin... like we haven't had enough to deal with already 😩. At least they're keeping the fire pits open to all, that's something, I guess...

omg i'm so stoked that Dilworth Park's ice rink is back!!! 🎄🏒️ it's one of my fave winter spots in the city - there's just something magical about gliding across the ice on a cold Philly morning. and yay for the Wintergarden too! 🌿 the illuminated sculptures are always so pretty, and mulled wine sounds like the perfect way to cozy up on a chilly night. i'm also excited for the Breakfast with Santa events - my little ones love meeting santa every year! 👶 but omg, can we talk about how expensive it's getting? $10 for adult admission feels like a bit of a bummer... maybe they could offer some discounts for students or seniors? 🤔

I'm so stoked that Dilworth Park is bringing back its ice rink and wintergarden! It's like, the ultimate festive vibe in Center City 🎄🏒️. I love how they've got different sessions available, so everyone can enjoy it whether you're a kid or an adult looking to relive your childhood memories 😊.

And can we talk about the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin? It's like, the ultimate winter wonderland experience! The expanded space with fire pits and bar service is going to be so lit 🔥. I'm also super excited for Breakfast with Santa - it's such a great way to get into the holiday spirit 🎅️.

But what really gets me is how they're making sure everyone can enjoy this festive atmosphere, regardless of income. The $7 admission price for kids under 10 and discounted tickets for groups are major wins 🙌. And let's not forget about the local vendors at the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market - it's a great way to support Philly's community 💖.

I'm already counting down the days until the winter season starts 🎉. Who else is as excited as I am?! 😆

I'm kinda stoked to hear that Dilworth Park's ice rink is back for the 2025-26 season! 🎄 It's always such a fun spot to grab some fresh air (or try not to fall on your bum while skating) with friends and family. They've made some solid changes, too - like adding more seating areas and TVs for when you need a break from the chill. Can't wait to check out that revamped cabin with Rothman Orthopaedics, it sounds like they've got all the bases covered (or should I say, all the hot cocoa cups covered 🍫). The fact that there's still a Wintergarden going on is also super cool - love how they keep that winter magic alive until March. Only thing that'd make this even better? Free admission to all the events... fingers crossed!

🎄 This time of year is already so magical at Dilworth Park! 🌲 I'm super stoked they're bringing back the ice rink, it's such a great spot to get into the holiday spirit with family and friends. And omg, the new Wintergarden looks amazing! They're really upping their game this year with fire pits, mulled wine, and all that jazz 🍁. I'm also loving the fact they're including events like Breakfast with Santa - it's just so sweet 💕. Plus, can't wait to check out the Holiday Market for some unique gifts 🎁. Only thing is $10 for adult admission seems a bit steep, but hey, it's all about supporting local vendors, right? 😊

I'm so stoked for this season! I mean, who doesn't love the ice rink at Dilworth Park? It's like a winter wonderland right in the city. And the Wintergarden is always so magical with all those twinkly lights and plants. But what really gets me excited is that they're keeping the cabin open with new food and drinks - my friends and I are already planning our holiday party there! 🎉 It's gonna be a great season, can't wait to hit the ice myself on Friday 🏒

Ugh, I'm so over the sloppy layout on this news article 🤯! Can't they just organize their content in a coherent manner? I mean, first off, I'd expect to see a clear title section with bolded headings or something. But noooo, it's all jumbled together like a mess of snowflakes on the ice rink 😂.

And don't even get me started on the formatting for events! The "Families" section is just tacked on without any visual distinction - I mean, can't we use some basic CSS to separate that out? 🤔 And while we're at it, when's the last time you saw a news article with actual bullet points or numbered lists? It's like they want to make it as hard to scan as possible 😒.

I swear, if they could just streamline their content and use some decent layout design, this would be a great winter destination. As it is, I'm gonna have to give Dilworth Park 2/5 stars for readability 🤷‍♀️.

man I'm so hyped for Dilworth Park to reopen! been waiting for this all year 🤩. first things first, who's gonna be the first in line at 6am on Friday? gotta get that ice rink spot ASAP 💪. also, anyone else as stoked about the Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin vibes? it sounds like they've got some sick upgrades this season 🔥. and omg breakfast with santa? already making my holiday playlist 🎄👶
