Dilworth Park's Ice Rink and Wintergarden Reopen for 2025-26 Season
Starting this Friday, November 14th, Dilworth Park will be transformed into a festive winter destination in Center City. The iconic ice rink at the base of City Hall is set to return with daily skating sessions until February 22nd, offering a fun activity for millions of visitors last season.
Admission costs $7 for children under 10 and $10 for adults, with skate rentals available for an additional $10. Users can reserve timed, 90-minute sessions online and take advantage of group discounts.
This year's revamped Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin promises to be more exciting than ever. The expanded indoor space features a refreshed menu, bar service, and TVs for fans who want to warm up while watching a game. Visitors can also enjoy fire pits on the terrace, open to all.
Families will have two opportunities to meet Santa at Breakfast with Santa events on December 13th and 20th. These special mornings include a buffet meal, photos with the jolly old man, and time on the ice - reservations are required.
In addition to the ice rink, the Wintergarden will remain open until March 15th, showcasing illuminated sculptures, seasonal plants, and warm mulled wine from Chaddsford Winery (for visitors 21 and older). The bustling Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market will also return through January 1st, featuring local vendors selling handmade goods and other items.
