"It has been relatively untouched for more than 50 years," said listing broker Mary Barbrack of Compass. "Buyers who care about architecture recognize these towers instantly - the [Wallace K.] Harrison and [Max] Abramovitz design, that bronze-and-glass curtain wall, and the soaring lobby make a striking impression."
