Former Pct. 3 deputy constable accused of attacking nurses on New Year's Day out on bond: Records

Harris County Precinct 3 Deputy Constable Free on Bond After Alleged Attack on Nurses, Court Records Show

A deputy constable accused of attacking three nurses at a Baytown hospital on New Year's Day is now free on bond, according to court records. Robert Earl Nobles, Jr. was released from custody on January 23 after he allegedly assaulted the medical staff at Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital while receiving treatment.

The Baytown Police Department initially arrested Nobles following the incident and subsequently relieved him of his duties as a sergeant in Precinct 3's office. However, it appears that Nobles was not immediately apprehended, with court records indicating he was charged with three counts of assault on hospital personnel.

Nobles is expected to appear back in court on Friday, where he will face the charges stemming from the alleged attack. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of hospital staff and the accountability of law enforcement officials.

As of now, Nobles remains out on bond while the court case unfolds, leaving many questions unanswered about what transpired during the altercation and how the incident was handled by Precinct 3's office.

man this is so concerning 🤯 a deputy constable being able to just waltz back into freedom after allegedly attacking nurses? it's like the system is letting him off with a slap on the wrist 💸 and that's not right at all. I mean, we're talking about people who put their lives on the line every day to help others, and some cop can just go around physically assaulting them? what does that say about our society? 🤔

and it's even more messed up when you think about the fact that this guy was able to get out on bail so quickly 🚫. I mean, isn't there supposed to be some level of accountability for these kinds of actions? shouldn't we be seeing more severe consequences from people who harm others in such a violent way? 💔

omg did u hear about this guy nobles he attacked nurses at a hospital 🤯 like wut is wrong with him? why would u do that to ppl who r just trying to help u recover from an illness or injury? 🤕 anyway i dont think its fair that he got out of jail on bond so soon... it feels like hes gonna get off scot free 💸 and i cant even imagine how scary it must have been for those nurses 👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

Can you believe this? The guy gets to walk free after attacking three nurses 🤯 I mean, come on! He's not even going down for it right now... just out on bond like he's innocent 😒. It's all so wrong. How can you expect people to trust the justice system when they let someone off scot-free after committing such a heinous act? 💔 The fact that Precinct 3 relieved him of his duties and didn't even arrest him immediately is just another layer of proof that something was fishy from the start 🐟. And now, he gets to come back in court and probably charm his way out of it again... it's infuriating 😤. Hospital staff were left shaken and traumatized by this incident... justice should be served ASAP! ⏰

I mean, what's up with this guy? Getting attacked on New Year's Day at a hospital and then you're still walking free after just a few days? It seems kinda fishy to me. I know we gotta have some faith in the system, but come on, three nurses got hurt pretty bad! 🤕💉 They deserve justice, not some guy getting bailed out because he's a deputy constable. And what really gets me is that this guy was already relieved of his duties, so who knows how long it took for him to get released? It just feels like the system's all over the place sometimes... 😒

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this... a deputy constable who thinks they can just attack nurses at a hospital and get away with it? What is wrong with these people?! 🤯 They're supposed to be serving and protecting, not putting innocent lives at risk. And now he's out on bond? It's like the system is broken! The fact that he was only charged with three counts of assault is just insane... what about the nurses who were traumatized by this guy? 🤕

🤔 Just reading this and thinking about it... how do you release someone who just attacked nurses in a hospital? It seems like a pretty clear-cut situation where public safety is at risk. 🚑😷 And what's with the bond thingy? Shouldn't they be in custody until the charges are proven or settled? 🤷‍♂️

omg this is so crazy 🤯... i cant believe a deputy constable was accused of attacking nurses at a hospital!!! its like, we need to make sure our healthcare workers are safe while they're doing their job, you know? and the fact that he was out on bond before he even went to court is just, like, really unsettling 😬. i hope he gets charged and faces justice for what happened. it's not right that he got a chance to be free before everything was sorted out...
