the news about NY's chip plant is super disappointing 
i mean, who wouldn't want to see all those jobs created and the state get that massive investment 
but it sounds like micron just couldn't make up its mind 
5-year delay in opening? that's a big deal 
especially when you think about how much money was being thrown around 
$5.5 billion in subsidies? yeah, that's a lot of benjamins but i guess it just wasn't enough for micron
