, but you never know what's gonna happen when it comes to international politics 
. I mean, on the surface, this "framework deal" sounds like a pretty good idea - who doesn't want less conflict and more cooperation in the Arctic? 
But then again, we've seen how Trump's words can be super different from his actions before

It's also kinda sad that people are already questioning the validity of this whole thing
