I Did My First Electric Wheelie on the Jackrabbit MG Doble

I recently got to test drive the JackRabbit MG Doble, an electric bike that's equal parts weird and wonderful. At first glance, it's hard not to love its rugged, no-nonsense design - a mini motocross course in miniature form, with its chunky tires, chopper handlebars, and candy apple red aluminum frame.

The 52-pound MG Doble may look like a toy on steroids, but don't let that fool you. It's built for hauling heavy loads, with a sturdy frame capable of carrying up to 325 pounds. And it doesn't need pedals or gears - the ride is smooth and seamless, thanks to its three-speed motor.

One of my favorite things about the MG Doble is its dual-human capacity - perfect for transporting surfboards, groceries, or even kids around town. But what really gets your heart racing is when you put it into high gear and it starts to vibrate and roar like a tiny motorcycle. Okay, so maybe that's not exactly the most reassuring experience.

In short, the MG Doble is an urban workhorse - perfect for hauling heavy loads or cruising through traffic on city streets (if you can get permission from local authorities). But at $2,300 plus accessories, it's definitely not for the faint of heart. And with its powerful motor comes a trade-off in terms of exercise - because there are no pedals to turn, you'll need to find other ways to stay active if you want to keep your fitness goals on track.

Still, for those who value convenience and practicality above all else, the MG Doble is an intriguing option. Just be sure to factor in the cost of accessories and plan ahead before hitting the road - or trail, or beach, depending on how you choose to use it.

I gotta say, this thing's got some major pros and cons 🀯πŸ’ͺ I mean, who wouldn't want a bike that can carry heavy loads without needing pedals? Sounds like a game-changer for busy people, right? But at the same time, no exercise means no burn-off calories, which is kinda crazy to think about... it's all about finding that balance in life, you know? πŸ’†β€β™€οΈ And $2,300? That's some serious cash πŸ€‘. You gotta weigh your priorities and decide if convenience is worth the investment. But hey, for those who need a reliable ride, I say go for it! Just don't forget to stay active, 'cause life's all about finding that harmony between work and play 🌈

omg i kinda wish they had a version of this for school use lol can u imagine carrying all ur textbooks & stuff to skool on one of these thingies? 🀣 also i dont get why its so expensive but at the same time its like cool that u can carry heavy loads on it πŸ€‘

OMG πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ, I'm literally DYING for a bike like this!!! The design is SO fire πŸ”₯, I can already imagine myself cruising around with a surfboard strapped on and feeling like a total boss πŸ’ͺ. And the fact that it's electric? Forget about it! Less sweat, more chill 😎. Only thing keeping me from buying one ASAP is the price tag... but if you're looking for an urban workhorse, this thing might be the deal πŸ€‘. Can't wait to see more pics of this bad boy in action! πŸ“Έ

I just saw this thread about the JackRabbit MG Doble and I'm like 'wait what? πŸ˜‚' an electric bike that's basically a toy but can carry 325 pounds? sounds like my dream come true... kinda? 🀣 I mean, who wouldn't want to cruise around town with no effort needed, just the wind in their hair (or helmet) 🌬️. But at $2,300 plus all that other stuff, it's a bit of a stretch for me. i'd rather save up and buy a decent set of wheels than break the bank on this one... maybe? πŸ€”

omg I need one of these for my daily commute πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸ’¨, but like $2300 is a bit steep for me too... anyone else think this thing is more of a luxury item than a practical mode of transport? πŸ€” and yeah no pedals = no exercise 😩, can't have it both ways right?

I gotta say I'm loving the thought behind this thing 🀯 - who wouldn't want a bike that can haul heavy stuff without having to lift a finger? But at the same time, it's kinda crazy thinking about all those calories you're gonna burn just sitting on it πŸ˜‚. And $2,300 plus accessories is pretty steep for something that's essentially just an electric vehicle in disguise... I mean, have you considered those portable fitness trackers that track your movement while you're doing literally nothing? That might be a more affordable (and healthier) alternative πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ.

I'm loving this new electric bike trend, but gotta say, I'm a bit skeptical about these high-end e-bikes that are making me question my own fitness goals πŸ˜‚. $2,300 is steep, especially when you're already paying for a car and all that. But at the same time, if it's gonna make life easier and more convenient for people with heavy loads or long commutes, I say go for it! The design looks so cool too - candy apple red aluminum frame? Yes, please! πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

The more I see electric bikes like the JackRabbit MG Doble popping up on streets, the more I think about our obsession with convenience vs sustainability πŸ€”. On one hand, this thing is perfect for people who need to haul heavy stuff around or don't have time for a leisurely bike ride. But on the other hand, we're basically trading in exercise for efficiency and paying $2,300 for it πŸ’Έ. I mean, what's next? Electric scooters with built-in espresso machines? πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈπŸ’¨

πŸ€” I gotta say, this thing is quite a beast πŸ¦–! Who needs exercise when you can just pedal (or not) around town? πŸ˜‚ I mean, it's got some great features like the dual-human capacity and smooth ride - perfect for city commutes or hauling heavy loads. But $2,300 is steep, even for me after 40 years of working πŸ€‘. And yeah, it does feel a bit like a motorcycle on steroids πŸ’¨! Still, I can see why people would love it, especially if they're short on time or need something to get the job done quickly. Just gotta be mindful of those costs and plan ahead πŸ“ˆ...

I gotta say, I'm loving the idea of this electric bike thingy πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ. Like, who wouldn't want a bike that can haul heavy loads and cruise through traffic without all the hassle? The design is pretty cool too, but I can see how it might not be for everyone. For me though, as long as it's got some exercise in there somewhere ( maybe just walking to the nearest coffee shop πŸ“¦), I'm sold! The price tag does seem a bit steep tho... $2,300? That's like buying a used car or something πŸ€‘

OMG I'm DYING over this thing!!! 🀩 It's like a mini adventure bike but for everyday use?! The design is SO cool I'd totes ride that everywhere! πŸ’¨ And the fact that it can carry heavy loads is amazing - my little sis would LOVE using it to haul her surfboards around! πŸ˜‚ But omg the vibration and roar when you put it in high gear is EVERYTHING!!! πŸš€ It's like a tiny motorcycle on wheels! I don't know if I'd want to ride it on city streets but for trails or beaches tho... GAME ON!!! 🏞️

omg i think its so cool that they made a bike like this!! 🀩 i mean, who wouldn't want an electric bike that can handle heavy loads and still looks rad? 😎 the dual-human capacity is genius - my little bro would love riding on the back of one of these! πŸ‘§πŸΌπŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ and yeah, maybe it doesn't come with pedals, but i'd rather be cruising around town in style than sweating away on a bike like some old dude πŸ€ͺ its just perfect for city folks who want to get things done without breaking a sweat πŸ’ͺ

I love that thing πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ! I mean, who wouldn't want a bike that's like a tiny motorcycle? πŸ˜† The fact that it can carry heavy loads and go smooth as silk is just amazing. And the design? Total boss πŸ‘Š Those chunky tires and chopper handlebars are giving me life πŸ’₯. Plus, being able to transport surfboards or groceries around town is super handy πŸ›οΈ. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but if you're all about convenience and practicality, I say go for it! Just don't forget to plan ahead on the accessories and fitness front πŸ˜….

I'm not sure if I love this thing or hate it lol 🀣... I mean, who needs a bike that can only do 3 speeds when you've got hills to conquer? It's like they took all the excitement out of riding and left you with just a smooth cruise πŸš΄β€β™‚οΈ. And don't even get me started on the price tag - $2,300 is steep for an electric bike that's basically just a glorified shopping cart πŸ›οΈ.

But at the same time... I kinda want one πŸ€”... the design is so cool and it looks like it can handle anything you throw at it πŸ’ͺ. And having dual capacity means I could finally haul all my surf gear to the beach without having to rent a van πŸ„β€β™‚οΈ. It's just that I don't know if I'm ready for that much vibration 😬... maybe I'll just have to test drive one and see how it goes πŸš—πŸ’¨

I gotta say, this electric bike thing is kinda cool! πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ I love how futuristic it looks, all rugged and industrial like a mini motocross bike. And 325 pounds that thing can carry? No problemo! πŸ’ͺ But yeah, the fact that you gotta rely on the motor for power kinda defeats the purpose of exercising, right? πŸ˜” Still, if convenience is key for you, the MG Doble might be worth checking out. Just make sure to factor in all those accessories... $2,300 plus what?! πŸ€‘

I'm loving this thing but I gotta say its not for me πŸ˜‚. I mean what's the fun in cruisin around town if u gotta pay 2k plus? That's just plain crazy! πŸ€‘ And dont even get me started on the vibration and roar, sounds like a wild ride 🎒 but also kinda scary 😬. But idk, its def unique and ppl who need to haul heavy stuff or need a commuter bike might love it πŸ’ͺ. Maybe im just old school and still thinkin pedals are the way 2 go πŸ‘£

Umm yeah, so who needs actual exercise when you can just get a fancy electric bike that's basically a motorcycle? Like, I mean I get the convenience and all, but come on $2300 for a bike that's gonna be your only form of cardio? That's just ridiculous πŸ€‘. And what's with the "urban workhorse" thing? You sound like a total dad trying to justify buying a fancy toy πŸ˜‚. Newsflash: it's still a bike, not a car!

Ugh I'm so sick of these bike forums, can't we just talk about something else for once? 🀯 Anyway back to this electric bike thingy, I mean who comes up with these names like MG Doble and JackRabbit, sounds like a cartoon or something πŸ€ͺ. And the prices, $2300 is crazy for a bike that's basically just a glorified scooter, can't they just make it more affordable? πŸ€‘ And what's with all the extra accessories needed, it feels like they're trying to nickel and dime us to death πŸ’Έ.

🀣 I mean, what's next? A skateboard for grandmas?! The idea of a $2,300 electric bike that'll get your heart racing just from turning the wheel is pretty wild πŸ˜‚. And don't even get me started on the vibration and roar thing... sounds like it's going to be a party on four wheels πŸŽ‰! But for real though, if you need a bike that can handle heavy loads or surfboards, I guess this thing might be the bee's knees 🐝. Just don't say I didn't warn you about those exercise goals πŸ˜…...
