I feel like the government is being pretty slow on the uptake with this one... 
I mean, 7k firms gettin' some relief sounds good, but 115k would be a total game changer for these industrial companies. They're already takin' hit after hit from energy costs, it's not like they can just absorb it all. Backdatin' the scheme or makin' it happen sooner would make a big difference, you know?
