Inmigrantes tienen niveles más altos de ataques de pánico y ansiedad, y poca ayuda

It's just so sad to hear that the new deportation policy has caused so much anxiety and fear in the immigrant community here in Chicago 🤕. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be for people to walk around, not knowing if they'll be stopped and deported. It's like they're living in a constant state of hypervigilance 😬.

As someone who's lived through many social changes over the years, I have to wonder what we can do to make things better 🤔. More than just words, we need real action from our leaders to address this crisis 🗣️. It's heartbreaking that people are having to abandon their daily activities, like yoga classes, because of fear 😩.

I'm so grateful for organizations like Centro Sanar and Casa de Cultura de 18th St. that are stepping up to provide support and resources to those in need ❤️. We can all make a difference by listening, educating ourselves, and advocating for change 💪.

😒 I mean, who wouldn't be anxious when you're worried about being deported at any moment? It's not like it's going to help anyone if the government just makes things worse with their policies... 🤷‍♀️ But hey, yoga classes in Spanish might be a good start. At least they can breathe and try to calm down a bit. 💆‍♀️ Maybe we should all take a deep breath and try to be more understanding of each other's struggles. It's not like it's just about immigrants or something... 🙄

just saw this on reddit 🤯: "deportation enforcement campain" in chicago is causing major anxiety and panic among the immigrant community... like, people are too scared to leave their houses because they're worried about being caught or deported 😩🚫. seems like yoga classes are becoming a safe space for them to breathe and calm down 🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️. gotta support these ppl 💕
