I mean, can you believe this? Some international crime syndicate just comes into our country, steals dozens of Toyotas, and sends them off to the UAE? Like what's the deal with that?

I've heard of cars being exported, but not like this. It's crazy how brazen they were, stealing 60 cars in a few weeks. And now we hear it was all just about making some extra cash...
I'm glad Queensland police were able to work around the clock and recover some of those stolen vehicles, at least. But still, 15 out of 60 is not great. I hope these guys get what's coming to them in court. I mean, they're facing over 300 offences? That's a lot of jail time if you ask me

It's interesting that the police say there was no ongoing threat, but it still must've been pretty unsettling for people to see all those cars just vanish. I feel like we need better security measures in place, especially when it comes to high-demand models like LandCruisers and Prados.
