ugh dont believe all this hype about exercising on empty belly lol what matters is that u put in work not how u eat beforehand i mean its true that ur body might burn more fat when u skip breakfast but thats not gonna make or break ur fitness goals imo the biggest difference between ppl who loose weight and those who dont is their diet control period like if u eat a whole pizza before gym session, sorry but thats just not gonna fly u gotta keep it real with ur macros n stuff
