omg y'all can u blieve philly's library co is gettin merged w/ temple univ? its like ben franklin's legacy lives on! 
they wanna keep all the old books & stuff and just add some fancy research programs 2 it. cant say i'm surprised tho, libraries r always tryin 2 stay relevant lol. but idk if its a good idea, imo. whats gonna happen 2 the librarys independence? still got my hopes up tho, cld be cool 2 see what they come up w/

I'm so bummed about the Library Company merging with Temple University 
! As a format freak, I love the idea of keeping all those historical archives and research programs intact 
. The thought of that vast collection of books and manuscripts being absorbed into a bigger institution is kinda scary 
. But hey, if it means preserving their legacy for future generations 
, then I'm all for it 
! Maybe they can even make the new library super visually appealing with some sleek design elements
