I mean, we all know how these talks usually go, right? Both sides are just trying to get what they want without giving in too much. The idea of limiting Ukraine's military capabilities sounds like a massive concession from Moscow, but at the same time, it could be seen as a way to prevent things from escalating further. I'm also curious about why Ukraine is still waiting for that €163 billion loan - shouldn't the EU just step in and help them out by now? 
And Putin's visit to India sounds like a pretty obvious attempt to distract us while he's dealing with the Ukraine situation...

fingers crossed they can make some progress on limiting military capabilities & recognizing Crimea's annexation... that'd be huge 
. But what about Ukraine? Don't they deserve a say in their own country? The EU saying no to helping out with €163 billion is like, super harsh 
. And Putin's all over India right now, trying to make friends... but what's in it for him? Is he just buying time while Russia keeps gaining ground in Ukraine? It's all so complicated... 
! It's been ages since we've seen some real progress on that Ukraine situation, and I'm hoping this is gonna be the break we need 
! Don't @ me, but I think Putin might just be onto something with his demands... like, what if limiting military capabilities & recognizing Crimea as legit actually helps bring peace to the region? 
It's not like Ukraine is gonna magically become more chill about Russia taking over its land or anything 
. And can we talk about Steve Witkoff for a sec? I mean, US special envoy? He sounds like a total boss

Like, Russia's already got a huge chunk of Ukraine under their control and now they're expecting the US to just roll over and accept it? 
I mean, I get that there needs to be some kind of peace plan in place but this doesn't seem like a very balanced proposal. And don't even get me started on Russia's energy exports to India - is Putin trying to buy his way into some sort of favor with Modi? 
It just seems like the EU and US are getting taken for a ride here...
. I mean, can we really trust that Putin's got good intentions? He's been playing a long game with Ukraine, and it feels like he's just waiting for the perfect moment to strike

. It feels like he's trying to pivot away from the US and build some alliances elsewhere. The fact that the ECB is refusing to back Ukraine's loan request just adds to the sense of unease

. i think its good that they're trying to end the war, but like russian demands seem pretty extreme to me

wasnt it all about energy and geopolitics?
