ugh, i'm kinda sad about this 
... mikie sherrill was like a breath of fresh air in congress, you know? she had that fire in her belly and was all about taking on trump's agenda 
. now that she's off to be gov, it's gonna be tough for the party to replace her leadership skills 
. special election or not, i still think republicans are gonna have a field day with this one

... it's sad to see Mikie Sherrill go, she seemed like a real leader who cared about the people 
. I can understand why she'd want to leave Congress now that she's got a chance to make a bigger impact as governor 
. but at the same time, her departure is gonna leave a big hole in the party... it feels like we're losing one of our strongest voices 
. still, I'm hyped for her new journey and all the good things she's gonna do for NJ
