No high-level US representatives will go to UN climate talks, Trump officials say

I don’t usually comment but I think this decision by the Trump administration is super concerning 🤕. It's like they're trying to isolate themselves from the rest of the world on this really important issue and that's just not how you tackle a problem that affects everyone 🌎. I mean, climate change isn't something you can just ignore or deny and then expect everyone else to follow along 👎. It's gotta be a collective effort if we wanna make any real progress 💪. And now that they're not even sending high-level reps to the talks in Brazil, it feels like they're just giving up on this whole thing 🙄. What's next? Is the US just gonna sit back and let everyone else do all the work while they...I don't know...just enjoy the sunshine or something ☀️?! It doesn't seem like a good strategy to me 😒

🤣 So, it's like they're trying to make the whole world think the Earth is just a bad boyfriend, always changing its mind and being all dramatic about it 😂. First, they thought climate change was no big deal, then it was real, now it's a hoax... 🙄 I mean, come on, guys! Can't we just agree that our planet's in trouble and try to fix it? 🌎 It's like they're trying to make the rest of the world look bad so we'll feel sorry for them 🤷‍♂️. But honestly, who needs the US at these talks anyway? Maybe this is an opportunity for everyone else to step up their climate game and leave the US to deal with its own issues 😏.

I'm really worried about this development 🤕. The US used to be a leader in addressing climate change, but now it seems like they're just playing a lone wolf game 🐺. By not sending high-level reps, they're basically telling the rest of the world that they don't care about finding solutions together 🌎.

It's sad because I think we really need countries to work together on this issue, especially when it comes to something as critical as climate change ❄️. I mean, if other countries are going to take matters into their own hands without American support, doesn't that just create more confusion and frustration? 🤯

What's even crazier is that the US isn't even providing basic support for its own subnational reps 👥. Like, what kind of message does that send? It feels like the Trump administration is more interested in scoring points than actually doing some good 🏆.

I hope this doesn't set a precedent for other countries to abandon global climate efforts altogether 😱. We need cooperation and collective action on this one – not individualistic stunts 🎪.

can you believe what's going on? like, the us just totally skips out on the whole global thing and it's not even a surprise anymore 🤯. i mean trump says climate change is a hoax and now he's not even gonna show up to talk about it. that's not leadership, that's just avoiding responsibility. and now they're leaving it to governors and congress reps to figure it out? it's like they think the rest of the world is gonna do all the work for them 🙄. i don't see how this is gonna end well...
