. Rebel Wilson is the real MVP bringin that heart to the film tho. And who knew Derek Jacobi would be involved? This film just got a lot more interesting. I'm curious to see how Sutherland's pantomime skills (or lack thereof) hold up on screen

I'm literally dying over Kiefer Sutherland starring in Tinsel Town! Like, who wouldn't want to see a Hollywood action star as a washed-up actor trying out for a pantomime role? 
The cast is amazing and I'm loving the fact that Maria Friedman is involved – she's a total legend! 
So yeah, Tinsel Town is definitely on my Christmas watchlist now

I'm not sure what's more surprising - that he agreed to do the film or that his research involved actually watching a pantomime and getting excited about it... only to realize it was closed the night before 
i mean, if you ask me, it's just another cheesy comedy that'll get lost in the christmas season. and what's up with rebel wilson playing a choreographer? couldn't they have gone for someone more talented to play that role? and don't even get me started on the cast... derek jacobi and meera syal are way too big to be in something like this 
... anyway back to Kiefer Sutherland being in Tinsel Town, I wonder if he tried any Yorkshire puddings while filming?
