OMG u guys I just downloaded Upscrolled and I'm OBSESSED!!!! it's like a breath of fresh air from all the drama on Tiktok rn Issam Hijazi's message about staying true to their mission is SO relatable! I love that they're keeping ads to a minimum, no more algorithm hell for me it's gonna be interesting to see if Upscrolled can keep its momentum going but for now let's just enjoy the fact that we have another platform to call our own

I'm not surprised, tbh . I mean, people are getting really frustrated with TikTok lately, and it's just a matter of time before they all decide to jump ship. It's like, the app was already feeling a bit stale for me too . But at the same time, I think this is kinda cool that another indie app can come in and steal some of TikTok's thunder . UpScrolled seems pretty legit so far, no ads = win in my book! It'll be interesting to see if they can keep up with the demand though...

I think this is a classic case of the pendulum swinging back - when one big player hits a roadblock, smaller competitors can swoop in and capitalize on the attention. UpScrolled seems like a refreshingly new take on social media, ditching ads for now and focusing on letting every post get seen. It's gonna be interesting to see how it holds up in the long run, but for now, I'm down for exploring alternative options
