Silicon Valley Tech Workers Are Campaigning to Get ICE Out of US Cities

The interview with Pete and Lisa from ICEout.tech is a thought-provoking discussion about the importance of speaking out against state-sanctioned violence and human rights abuses. They share their personal experiences as startup founders and entrepreneurs, highlighting the challenges they face in making a difference without compromising their businesses.

They emphasize the need for collective action and community building to create momentum around this issue. Lisa mentions that their goal is to get 2,000 verified signatures on the list, while Pete suggests organizing an in-person meetup in San Francisco to bring people together and showcase the diversity of opinions and perspectives.

Throughout the conversation, they also discuss the importance of respecting human rights and sticking to the Constitution. They share stories from Minneapolis about the power of community coming together to create positive change.

The interview highlights the complexity and nuance of navigating politics and business as an entrepreneur, but ultimately emphasizes the need for individuals to take a stand and make a difference in their communities.

🤔 I'm not buying it... think this is just a distraction from the real issues. These 2 are successful entrepreneurs now, they must have gotten some kind of deal with the powers that be to get their voices heard like this. Maybe they're trying to promote some new 'solution' or agenda without even realizing it themselves 🤑

I just saw this interview with Pete and Lisa from ICEout.tech and I'm still trying to process it all 😊. As someone who's always been passionate about social justice, I totally get what they're saying about the need for collective action and community building. But what really got me was when they talked about how hard it is to balance making a difference with running a business. It's like, we've got to find a way to make our passions and our bank accounts align, you know? 💸 I'm definitely down to support them in getting those 2,000 signatures – every voice counts, right? 🗣️ And that meetup idea in San Francisco sounds like an awesome way to bring people together. Can't wait to see what comes of it! 👥

🤯 I mean, what's crazy is how these two are taking on this massive issue without even having a clue about the scale 🤷‍♂️. Like, 2k signatures might not seem like a lot to some people, but to those who actually care, it's huge! But at the same time, I get what they're saying - we need more voices and more action. It's like when you're walking down the street and everyone just looks past each other 🚶‍♂️, it's like, wake up, people! We gotta stand together here.

And oh man, their idea of an in-person meetup in SF is straight fire 🔥. I mean, who needs all that corporate nonsense when you can just get people from all walks of life together to make a difference? It's like, we're all in this together, you know? 💕 But seriously, it's crazy how complex things are as an entrepreneur, between the politics and the business side... it's like trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded 🤯.

🤝 I think its awesome that Pete and Lisa are using their platform to bring attention to this critical issue. As entrepreneurs, they're in a unique position to create impact without being tied to traditional structures. Their goal of 2,000 signatures is ambitious, but its a start - we need more people stepping up to demand change. I'm also loving the idea of an in-person meetup in SF - it's gonna be great to see so many passionate folks coming together and sharing their perspectives 💡

I think its kinda cool how Pete & Lisa are taking a stand on this issue 🤝. As entrepreneurs, they could've easily just kept quiet about it or focused on making a profit. But instead, they're using their platform to raise awareness and bring people together 💡. I mean, its not always easy to balance speaking out with running a business, but I think its super important for us as individuals to take a stance on issues that matter to us 🌎.

I'm actually kinda inspired by the idea of an in-person meetup in SF - it would be awesome to see people from all walks of life coming together to discuss this stuff and share their perspectives 💬. And I love how they're emphasizing the importance of respecting human rights and sticking to the Constitution 📜. It's a great reminder that, as entrepreneurs and citizens, we have a responsibility to use our voices for good ✌️.

Wow 🤯! I'm so inspired by Pete and Lisa's story. They're not just talking about speaking out against injustice, they're actually taking action and building a community around it 💪. It's amazing how two people can make such a big impact with 2,000 signatures 😲. And the fact that they're prioritizing human rights and respecting the Constitution is so refreshing 🙏. I think we need more entrepreneurs like them who are willing to take a stand and use their platform for good 💡.

idk why ppl need 2 be so dramatic rn... these startup founders are just trying 2 do some good & bring awareness 2 important issues 😒. it's all about respecting human rights & sticking 2 the Constitution, what's wrong with that? 🤷‍♀️ they're not tryna start no revolution or anything, they just wanna make a difference in their community. and btw, organizing an in-person meetup in SF sounds like a great idea! 💡 let's all just calm down & focus on creating some positive change together 🙏
