. I mean, I get it, dementia's no joke, but shouldn't we be trying to support him instead of putting out an alert that's basically a community-wide "help, old guy's lost" call?

... I mean, it's understandable that the authorities want to make sure Lawrence Weinberg is safe, but can't they get some info about him from his family first? Like, did he have any plans or appointments scheduled for Monday afternoon? It's not like he just vanished into thin air 
. And what's with the tan-colored Buick Century? Is it really that distinctive a car? I'm all for getting help to people in need, but sometimes these Silver Alerts can be a bit... much

! my aunt has dementia and it's heartbreaking to think of someone in such a vulnerable state just being out alone... i hope they find him soon 
the authorities are doing everything they can, fingers crossed! i wish more people would report any sightings tho, it's like he could be walking around out there somewhere 
His dementia is no joke, you know? I mean, I've seen some people lose track of things over the years, but a Silver Alert? That means he's really disoriented and can't take care of himself. What if it's not safe for him to be driving? Shouldn't there be someone with him at all times when he's out? 
I hope they find him soon and get him the help he needs... his family must be frantically searching for him
