This is gonna be awesome! I mean, can you imagine being able to share files between your iPhone and your Pixel 10 without having to switch between apps? It's like they say, "one less thing to worry about" 
I'm stoked that Qualcomm is on board with this, it makes sense since their chips are in so many devices already. And yeah, Apple just made a big step with iOS 18 and now Google is following suit. This cross-platform file-sharing thing is the future 
It'll be great for users who want to share files between different devices without having to convert them to another format or use some clunky third-party app. Now, let's see how long it takes before they roll out Quick Share on tablets and laptops... maybe we'll get a sweet laptop-to-tablet file-sharing experience
