Starmer's 'keep calm' Trump diplomacy bets on influence over popularity

Ugh, can't believe the PM's strategy is being called a total cop-out 🤦‍♂️! I mean, "keep calm and carry on" sounds like something my grandma would say after watching too many soap operas 😂. Where's the leadership? The fire in the belly? Trump's already got everyone on edge, and Starmer's just... well, being polite 😊. I get that diplomacy is key, but come on, can't we be a little more assertive when dealing with someone who basically has a vendetta against our country? 🤔

I'm low-key worried about Keir's approach to dealing with Trump 🤔. I get that calm discussion can be a good idea, but sometimes you gotta show some spine and stand up for what's right. If Trump is gonna keep trash-talking the Chagos deal, we need someone who's willing to call him out on it 👊. It feels like Starmer's trying to hold everything together with a Band-Aid, but what if it just makes things worse? We need a more proactive strategy that shows we're not afraid of Trump's antics 💪.
