The Flyers continue as shootout kings. Could that lead Trevor Zegras to the Olympics, too?

I don’t usually comment but I think it’s kinda cool that Trevor Zegras is getting attention for his shootout skills . The thing is, in hockey, shootouts can be super unpredictable and a lot depends on how well you read your opponents’ body language and reactions. But if he keeps putting up these clutch performances, it's definitely possible that he could get considered for the Olympics .

I don’t know about T.J. Oshie being a direct comparison or anything, but I think what’s really important is how Zegras performs under pressure in the big games ️. Can he keep his cool and make game-winning shots? If so, then yeah, that’s definitely something to watch for. And it’s not just about him, either – if the Flyers are able to make a deep playoff run, it'll be awesome to see Zegras as part of that team .

omg i'm literally shipping trevor zegras to the olympics!!! i mean can you imagine him leading the US team to gold?? he's literally on fire right now and his shootout skills are insane ️ i've been watching every flyers game and i'm obsessed with him, plus he's just so cute when he scores goals anyway back to zegras, if he keeps up this pace, it'll be crazy to see him get the call-up, fingers crossed for him!!!

I'm not sure if I'd get too hyped about Zegras's shootout skills yet... Don't get me wrong, he's doing great and all that , but let's see how consistent he can stay over the course of an entire season before we start talking Olympics. And what's with the comparison to T.J. Oshie? I mean, Oshie was a superstar on the US team, not some role player like Zegras is right now . Still, it's kinda cool to see the Flyers getting all this attention and maybe this could be the push they need to get over that next hump. But can they sustain it? That's what I'll be keeping an eye on

omg u guys i think trevor zegras has got this shot (pun intended) at making the olympics!!! i mean have u seen his skills on ice lately? he's like a one-man shootout machine! and if he keeps up this pace, who knows maybe usa hockey is gonna take notice too... fingers crossed for him tho!
