Trump 'allocating himself a power that he does not have' on tariffs, expert says

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what happened during Trump's presidency... I mean, who thought it was a good idea for a president to unilaterally impose tariffs without Congress? 🤯 It's like they say, 'power corrupts' and boy, did that happen here! I recall reading about the importance of checks and balances in our system of government. It's refreshing to see experts like Frederick Davis standing up for the rule of law and saying "enough is enough" 😊. Now we just have to wait and see how the Supreme Court rules on this one. Will they side with Trump or uphold the law? Only time will tell! ⏰

im so glad theres someone holding trump accountable for his actions 🙌 it's not about being a democrat or republican its about following the law and respecting the constitution, which is literally the foundation of our democracy 💯 the fact that we have to take these courts into account shows how power can be abused by those in office, and it's up to us as citizens to demand accountability 🤝
