Trump discusses Venezuela with advisers as Hegseth distances himself from second strike on suspected drug boat –as it happened

🤔 I'm all for holding leaders accountable, but this whole Venezuela thing is just getting messier by the day... like, what's next? Are we gonna send troops in and start calling it a 'peacekeeping mission'? 🚫 Meanwhile, our own problems at home like that Al-Shabaab fund scandal just get swept under the rug. And have you seen those threats against Senator Kelly and his wife? It's getting way too real... 😬

What's going on with this guy Trump? 🤔 One minute he's talking tough to Venezuela and the next he's talking to Putin like they're old buddies 💼🇷🇺. And what about all these threats against Mark Kelly and his wife? 😱 It feels like Trump is just looking for a distraction from his own problems 🙄. But seriously, how can you escalate rhetoric and then send troops to Venezuela if people are gonna get hurt? 🤦‍♂️ I don't think this is about being tough on Maduro, it's about something else entirely... or maybe he's just trying to prove a point? 🤔 What do you guys think? 🤷‍♀️

OMG, this Trump guy is like a drama magnet 🤯 - first it's Venezuela, then Al-Shabaab, and now he's sending his son-in-law to Moscow without even talking to the Secretary of State? What's going on over there?! 😂 And can we talk about the Pentagon's "self-defense" operation for killing those 2 survivors? Like, is that really self-defense or just a war crime waiting to happen? 🤔 I'm not buying it. And what's up with Pete Hegseth distancing himself from Trump's orders? Is he trying to save his own skin or something? 🤑

omg what's going on with trump and venezuela 🤯 like is he trying to start another war or somethin? first its venezuela then its somalia and now russia 🚨 and can't we just have peace for a sec?! 💔

I'm so worried about this situation with Venezuela 🤕. It feels like we're just throwing more fuel to the fire and not really thinking about the consequences for the people living there. I mean, what's going on in the US that they can't have a peaceful conversation about their politics? 🤔 Trump's actions are escalating things so fast and it's scary to think about the potential outcomes... what if this leads to more bloodshed?

And what about the whole thing with Pete Hegseth and Defense Secretary? I don't get why he would distance himself from that order, it just seems like a cop-out 🙄. And now they're saying it might be a war crime?! That's crazy talk.

I'm also pretty concerned about the whole al-Shabaab situation... how did federal funds end up going to a militant group? It's just so wrong on so many levels 😩.

Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner flying to Moscow with Steve Witkoff instead of Rubio is like, what's going on over there? Can't they see that this is not how diplomacy works 🤷‍♂️?

Trump's got some serious issues on his plate right now 😒. First, he's all over Venezuela, then there's this whole Pentagon thing with Pete Hegseth and potentially war crimes... it's like he can't even get two things done without someone getting hurt. And don't even get me started on the Russian talks - Jared Kushner's gonna fly to Moscow while Rubio's stuck on Ukraine? Come on! Meanwhile, back home, we got Alina Habba running the show in Jersey as a US attorney and people are like "wait, what?" 🤔
