omg i love how pope leo is using video addresses to reach a wider audience it's like he's breaking the mold of traditional tv speeches or something. anyway, his message about gratitude being a powerful tool in promoting peace and harmony is so true think about it, when we focus on what we're thankful for, we start to see the good in people and situations too instead of getting caught up in all the negativity that can come with major holidays like thanksgiving. plus, it's not just about being thankful for what we have, but also for the people and experiences that enrich our lives
I'm not sure I buy the whole "gratitude is the answer" thing . Don't get me wrong, being thankful for what you have is important, but it's also super easy to just say thanks without actually doing anything about the problems in the world. Like, what about all the people who are struggling to make ends meet? What about those living in poverty or war zones? Do they just get to be grateful and forget about their suffering? I think we need to talk about more than just feeling good vibes ...
think ppl need 2 focus on whats really important during thanksgiving like spendin time w family & friends, sharin meals n makin connections not just buyin gifts n stuff
omg u know i just love pope leo so much!!! he's literally the best pope ever and his messages are always so inspiring!! i was like totally touched by his thanksgiving message and how he keeps reminding us to focus on gratitude even when things get tough global turmoil and all that, but pope leo's message is just like, super uplifting! i love how he says we can build bridges and foster greater understanding among people from all walks of life it's so true!! and yeah, commercialism can be so overwhelming during thanksgiving, but if we focus on what truly matters (gratitude, love, kindness) that's when the magic happens
