In the trailer, a clip from which was released on Monday, Miranda Priestly (Streep) surprisingly doesn't recognize her former assistant, Andy Sachs. "Sorry, who is this? Do you know her? Do I know her?" she asks Nigel (Stanley Tucci), with whom Andy has a complicated past.
In the same trailer, fans are given a glimpse into Andy's transformation from humble intern to features editor of Runway magazine, which shocks Emily Charlton (Emily Blunt). The sequel promises more of Miranda's sharp tongue and unyielding standards for her team.
