Where do the candidates for Jersey City mayor disagree most? Housing affordability.

I feel like both of these dudes are coming from a good place but their approaches are super different. Solomon's plan is like "we need to move fast" and build a ton of affordable units ASAP, whereas McGreevey is all about "let's take it slow and make sure we get it right". I think what's interesting is that both of them agree on the 20% thing, so they're not completely off base. But honestly, if Solomon can really make this $1,000/month thing work, it could be a game changer for Jersey City. On the other hand, McGreevey has a point about being cautious and making sure we don't just shift the problem onto taxpayers. Can't wait to see how this plays out in November 🤔🏙️
