I'm so torn about this new Dyson V16... 
I mean, I loved the idea of having a high-tech cordless vacuum, but the All Floors Cones Sense head just didn't impress me at all. I was expecting more from it 
. But, on the other hand, that Gen5detect model is giving me some serious FOMO - it's like, wow, that thing is really good! 
And with the price point dropping because of the V16's release... it's like Dyson is trying to make the best option more accessible 
. I'd say if you're in the market for a new cordless vacuum, just do your research and check prices - you might find that Gen5detect is the way to go 
. And hey, the warranty and repair options are a big plus too

. This All Floors Cones Sense head just doesn't live up to the hype, if you ask me. And now it's pushing down the price of that Gen5detect model which is actually pretty good in cleaning tests. Not sure if I'd splurge on this V16 Piston Animal just yet... maybe wait for a sale or something 
. On the bright side, two-year warranty and spare parts are readily available so at least that's a plus. But overall, it seems like Dyson needs to go back to the drawing board and figure out what they're doing wrong 
It makes me think about how we need to stay open-minded and adapt when things don't go as planned. And then there's the Gen5detect model - it's like the "newbie" that's actually doing its job really well! 
So yeah, I guess what I'm trying to say is that even though the V16 Piston Animal might not be the best choice, we can always find something better (or at least more affordable) that meets our needs.

. Anyway, if you're in the market for a new vacuum, I'd say do some price comparison and check out the Gen5detect... it might just be the better option 
anyway, on the bright side, it did push up the price of the gen5detect which is a total beast compared to this v16. if you can swing it, just get the gen5detect tbh, trust me you won't regret it
