plus, if new startups can fill in the gaps, thats a good thing for innovation 
but what if they cant? or worse, make things even more inefficient 
. I mean, can't these people just get their act together? We need effective solutions, not some patchwork job that's gonna leave us hanging again. 
it seems like we're not taking care of our own people enough. These new startups might be able to help fill the gaps, but let's not forget that having a robust public health agency is super important too 
especially with all the crises happening out there. What if DOGE is just another example of how our government can't even manage its own agencies properly? We need more transparency and accountability in place

I mean, on one hand, it's super concerning that some group or org has such a big impact on our system... but on the other hand, it's kinda awesome that they're getting people thinking about public health and startup solutions, right?
