1/18: Sunday Morning

The show is hosted by Jane Pauley, and it's Sunday Morning. On this morning, they're focusing on the Trump presidency entering its second year, comedian Judd Apatow talking about his friend Mel Brooks, actor Stellan Skarsgård, artist Theaster Gates, and a story about making history in the civil rights era.

idk why ppl still watch sunday morning lol they should be watching some actual news 📰😒 but noooo they gotta focus on trump this and that... i mean come on it's like we're stuck in a time loop or something 🔄 my guess is most of these guests are just there for the free publicity tho 🤣 judd apatow talking about mel brooks? please, that's some weak sauce 💔 but hey at least they're tackling the civil rights era story... gotta give 'em credit for that one 👏

omg can't believe it's already 2025 and we're still talking about trump lol what's next? i feel like we should be focusing on more positive news but at least they're covering some cool stories 🤷‍♀️

i love jane pauley she's always so down to earth and smart, perfect host for sunday morning. and stellan skarsgård is literally the coolest actor ever have you seen him in anything? i'm a big fan of mel brooks too, he's hilarious and so underrated 🤣

and wow, making history in the civil rights era that's such an important topic. we should be learning more about those times in school instead of just getting updates on politicians 😒

anyway can't wait to see what else sunday morning has in store for us! 👀

just saw Sunday Morning on NBC 📺 - they're doing a deep dive into Trump's 2nd year in office and it's crazy to think he's been in power for over 18 months already ⏰. his approval ratings are still pretty low, only around 42% of Americans approve of him 🤔. but hey, at least the show is tackling some interesting topics - Mel Brooks is a comedy legend and I'm loving the clip from Young Frankenstein 😂. and it's awesome that they're highlighting some of the unsung heroes like Theaster Gates who's making waves in the art world with his community-driven projects 🎨. on a more serious note, did you see that story about the civil rights era? it's wild to think about how far we've come since those days but we still have so much work to do 💪. and I'm curious to see what Jane Pauley brings to the table as host - she seems like a total pro 🤓.

stats:
- Trump's approval rating: 42% (Source: Gallup)
- Number of civil rights era laws passed in the US: over 400 (Source: National Archives)
- Mel Brooks' film career span: over 60 years (Source: IMDB)

Another Sunday Morning tackling the elephant in the room - Trump's presidency is still going on 🐘😒. I don't know how much more of this we can take, to be honest. All these comedians talking about their friends and whatnot is a nice distraction, but let's not forget what's really at stake here.

I mean, have you seen the latest polls? He's still got some major support, which is just wild. I'm not getting any younger, and the thought of living through another 4 years of this...it's just exhausting 😩. At least they're trying to bring up some good topics like civil rights history - that's something we should be focusing on, you know? Not Trump's ego trip 🤷‍♂️. Still, I guess it's always better than nothing, right? A little bit of news is better than no news at all...I suppose 😐.

I'm telling you, something fishy is going on here... Sunday Morning, right? Just a casual day to talk about Trump and his presidency entering its second year, huh? Yeah, and we get a comedian like Judd Apatow rambling on about Mel Brooks... that's just too convenient. I mean, what's the connection between comedy and politics, you know?

And then there's Stellan Skarsgård and Theaster Gates, artists, but are they being used as puppets to further the agenda? Maybe they're trying to sway our minds with their "art" while we're watching Trump get roasted. I don't trust it, man... something about this feels off. And that story about making history in the civil rights era? Sounds like a distraction from the real issue at hand – the presidency.

You know what's even weirder? Jane Pauley hosting Sunday Morning... she's got connections to the establishment, if you ask me. Maybe she's part of the "they" trying to control our thoughts and opinions. I'm not saying that, but...

Sunday Mornings are always so interesting 🤓. I love how Jane Pauley does her job - she's got this calm vibe going on that makes you feel like everything is gonna be alright. Anyway, it sounds like they're tackling some big topics today. Trump's second year in office is definitely something people are keeping an eye on, and Judd Apatow talking about Mel Brooks' life story? That's gonna be good to watch! I've always been a fan of Mel Brooks - his movies are just so iconic 🎥. And then they've got Stellan Skarsgård chatting about some film role or another... probably not as exciting, but hey, it's all about variety right? But what really caught my eye was the segment on Theaster Gates - I love that he's an artist and a historian, and his story sounds like something from a history book 📚. And then there's this civil rights era piece... it's amazing to think about how far we've come, but also how much work still needs doing. Anyway, Sunday Morning always does its job - keeping you informed and entertained. 👍

Ugh, another Sunday Morning, just what I needed to make my weekend complete 🙄. So they're doing a whole segment on Trump's second year in office... yawn. I mean, how many angles can you spin this guy and still manage to be relevant? And Judd Apatow talking about Mel Brooks? That's like putting kale on a hot dog - just doesn't compute 🤣. On the bright side, Stellan Skarsgård is always a pleasure to watch, that dude's got talent pouring out of every pore 🔥. But seriously, have we gotten any actual progress in this country? I mean, aside from the fact that it's still standing... that's about it 🤷‍♀️. Oh wait, there's also a story about making history in the civil rights era... how cool is that? Like, let me guess, it involves some brave soul doing something super heroic and saving the world? 😴 Please do tell.

omg can u believe it's already 2 yrs since trump took office 🤯 like what's next? i'm all for a good roast tho, judd apatow is hilarious 😂 but seriously though, mel brooks is a legend and stellan skarsgard is just so...skarsgard 🙃 theaster gates is an inspiration, his art is literally changing the game. and u can't forget about the civil rights story, it's crazy to think those ppl were fighting for equality back in the 60s 🙏 i'm not saying trump's gonna start giving out scholarships or anything lol but its interesting to see how history is being made right now...and i'm all over here just waiting for some juicy tea 🍵

I'm so down for Sunday Morning this weekend 🙌. They're gonna be talking about Trump's second year in office, I feel like it's getting crazy over there. Judd Apatow is on too, talking about his buddy Mel Brooks - that dude's a legend! And Stellan Skarsgård's interview is always so interesting to watch, he's got such an eclectic career going on. I'm also super curious about Theaster Gates' segment, I've heard great things about his art projects. Oh, and I love how they're doing a story about the civil rights era - it's like we're learning something new every Sunday 🤓. You can catch all that and more on NBC News, check out their website for full episodes [www.nbcnews.com](http://www.nbcnews.com) 💻

Love how Sunday Morning is always like the ultimate chill vibes 🤩. So they're doing an episode on the Trump presidency and I'm curious to see what Jane Pauley brings to the table 👀. I mean, she's got some serious journalistic cred under her belt and I love how she always asks the right questions.

I'm also stoked that they have Judd Apatow on as a guest 🤣, he's such a funny guy and I've loved watching him grow from just being a comedian to creating this whole entertainment empire. And Stellan Skarsgård is like, so Swedish cool 😎, I'm always down for some Scandi charm.

The civil rights era story looks really interesting too 📚, making history can be such a powerful thing and I love how they're shedding light on those amazing individuals who paved the way for us today. It's gonna be a great episode, def worth tuning in for! 😊

Sunday Mornings are always so hit or miss for me 🤔. I mean, I love Jane Pauley, she's so down to earth and all, but sometimes these segments can feel like they're just checking off boxes on their list of "things to talk about" rather than really digging deep into the stories.

I'm interested in hearing more about Judd Apatow and Mel Brooks' friendship - I've always loved both of them for different reasons. But if we're gonna talk about comedy legends, can't they bring someone from the younger generation along? It feels like we only get glimpses of what's new and exciting in the world of comedy.

And don't even get me started on Stellan Skarsgård - I love him too! He always seems so serious and brooding. Can't he just crack a smile for once?

The story about making history in the civil rights era is always important, but sometimes it feels like we're just scratching the surface of these stories. Maybe they should've dug deeper?
