A former Array exec's effort to claim a $100 million stake in the fintech unicorn has failed

omg I cant believe Jason Owen is getting shafted like this 🤦‍♂️ he was the CSO at Array and now hes out of luck? its crazy how these rich companies can just screw over their employees and get away with it 💸 1 billion and counting, that's some serious valuations going on... maybe they didnt wanna pay him that $70 million after all 😏

This guy's lawsuit is just ridiculous 🙄. I mean, come on, you can't just promise someone a huge chunk of your company without putting it in writing 😂. It's basic corporate law, dude. And now he's trying to pull this $100 million nonsense? Give me a break! 💸 The judge was totally right to dismiss the case. These startups and their lawyers think they're above the law, but at the end of the day, there are rules for a reason 🙃. Anyway, Array's valuation of itself at $1.5 billion is pretty laughable 😂. I mean, that's not even close to its actual worth 💸. Oh well, I guess you can't make this stuff up... or can you? 🤣

🤔 It looks like Jason Owen was trying to get away with something by claiming a share in Array that wasn't really there... after all, "actions speak louder than words", and it seems Owen's actions didn't quite add up 💸

So I just read this crazy story about Jason Owen trying to claim $100 million from fintech startup Array. But a New York judge is like "nah, no dice" and says he needs to put the deal in writing if he wants that kind of cash 🤑. It's not entirely surprising, though - it sounds like Owen was kinda pushing his luck by claiming such a big stake without actually having any paperwork to back it up.

It's also pretty interesting to see how Array is trying to spin this whole thing as an attempt by Owen to extort money from them 😒. The thing is, though, if there wasn't some kind of agreement in place, then shouldn't Owen have been more careful about documenting his claims? I'm not saying he was wrong or anything - but I do think it's a bit suspicious that he just showed up out of the blue with this lawsuit and expected to get paid 💸.

I feel bad for Jason Owen, he's gotta be super disappointed after going through all that drama 🤕. I get why the judge made the decision though, it's just like in business, things gotta be on paper if you wanna make a deal worth millions 💸. Toha and Array seem pretty confident in their stance too, but at the end of the day, Owen's trying to protect himself, and who can blame him? It's all about being transparent and keeping records straight 📝.

man that's crazy what happened with Jason Owen 🤯 he thought he was good to get a 100 million dollar stake in Array but now he's left with nothing 😂 and it's all because the deal wasn't put in writing which is like super basic in business, you know? anyway, I feel bad for him, sounds like he got fired from the company and then went after his former boss, that's some intense drama 📺.
