this is soooo unfair ! robert inlakesh was just trying to do his job & share the truth about israel's military occupation of the west bank . youtube's sudden decision to delete his account was like a punch to the gut , especially since he had all that footage gone forever . google's excuses sound like they're straight outta a bad thriller movie - "iranian influence campaign" this & "scam content" that . it's like they're trying to hide something .

anyway, i think this whole thing is a perfect example of how big tech companies can use their power to stifle free speech . as journalists, we need our voices to be heard & our work protected . robert inlakesh is a great example of that - he's not afraid to speak truth to power , even if it means facing censorship & intimidation . we should all be supporting him & speaking out against this kind of injustice !

This is just crazy, man! One minute you're documenting war crimes and the next your entire account is gone Can't believe YouTube's playing it so shady on this one, saying they don't disclose how they detect these "influence operations" . I mean, what even is that? Some fancy tech speak to cover their own tracks? The fact that they're now saying Inlakesh was part of some alleged Iranian campaign and deleting all his evidence without a shred of proof is just mind-blowing . This is not free speech, this is censorship . What's next, are we gonna see more journalists like him get deleted? It's wild that Google's trying to silence someone who's actually reporting on important issues .

I'm having trouble believing the whole story with Robert Inlakesh's YouTube account being deleted. First they say it was for violating community guidelines, then spam/scam content, and now allegedly an Iranian influence campaign... What's really going on here?

It seems like Google is trying to sweep this under the rug without providing any concrete evidence. They're just referring us to their Threat Analysis Group bulletins, but those don't necessarily prove that Inlakesh was involved in an Iranian influence campaign.

I mean, think about it... if Inlakesh's channel had been deleted because of "influence operations", wouldn't there be more channels associated with him that got deleted too? And why the sudden explanation months after his account was terminated?

This whole situation stinks of censorship, and I'm not buying it without some solid evidence. Where are the sources, Google?
