Alex Honnold completes rope-free climb up Taipei 101 skyscraper

omg did u see alex honnold's climb? 🤯😲 i mean physically insane! like 1,667 ft no rope no biggie 😂 but seriously the mental toughness is insane he talked about taking deep breaths and composing himself before starting the climb 👊 that's some serious prep work going on what a legend! 💪

🏔️ I gotta say, Alex Honnold is like a superhero or something! Climbing Taipei 101 without a rope? That's insane! 😲 I've seen him do some crazy stuff before, but this takes the cake. You can tell he's put in so much prep and training for that moment. I love how he just takes his time, too - it's all about being present and not rushing into things. I mean, who needs to get to the top quickly when you can take it all in and enjoy the view? 🤩 The fact that he didn't feel pressured or stressed out is really admirable. It's a great reminder to slow down and appreciate the little things (or in this case, the big views!) 😌

OMG 1st time I heard of Alex Honnold 🤯! So inspiring seeing him conquer Taipei 101 without a rope. I mean, I'm no climber but even I'd be freaking out up there 😂. But seriously, it's crazy to think he trained for this and had that mindset "just hanging in one space"... makes me wanna try rock climbing or something 🤷‍♀️. Did he do a lot of prep before the climb? And what was going through his mind when he started 💭

🤯 what's next for this guy? like, does he think the views are gonna make up for the exhaustion 😴? and don't even get me started on the harness thing, didn't he know that was a no-go zone during the climb?! 🤦‍♂️ still impressed by his physicality tho, gotta respect the training.
