its like amazon's all about trying to adapt to this changing job market, but at what cost?
they're still a huge company with tons of resources, so it's kinda weird they're laying off 30k people already... i mean, yeah, the tech industry is super uncertain right now, and companies are just being cautious. but can't they just, like, invest in training programs or something to help their employees upskill?
and what's with all these job cuts affecting only US-based staff? seems kinda unfair if they're gonna provide severance pay and all...
