. And now we know some people were able to access those chat transcripts just by using their Gmail account? That's just not right

I'm glad the company took down the console and fixed it quickly, but it raises even more questions... like, how many people have access to that data in the first place?
And if a rogue employee with a bad password can still expose it, what else is at risk?
It's just not good enough when it comes to protecting our kids' info. We need to see some real transparency from companies like Bondu about how they handle sensitive user data
