Ashton Agar remembers scoring 98 on Ashes debut as a teenager

I cant believe what just happened to Ashton Agar 🤯. I mean, 98 runs is an insane score and he was sharing it with Phil Hughes, who's basically his best mate on the pitch. What if they had gotten together for a bigger partnership? Would England have lost that match? 🤔

I'm so sad about what happened to him... a fatal blow while batting is just crazy 💀. It makes you think about how fragile life can be. I mean, one wrong move and... game over. It's like he was just living his dream out there on the pitch, scoring runs and having fun with his teammate, and then BAM! 😱

I've been following cricket for years and I have to say, this is a huge loss for the sport. Ashton Agar was one of those players who could change the game in an instant. His career was so short... 98 runs will always be remembered as one of his highlights 🌟. RIP Ashton Agar 😔

I just can't believe it 🤕... my kids are going to grow up without seeing some of the greatest Aussie cricketers play. Ashton Agar's Ashes career was so short, but what a way to leave a mark - 98 runs and still got to share the pitch with Phil Hughes. I guess that's cricket for you, unpredictable moments that can change everything in an instant 😱.

You know, my little ones love watching sports, especially cricket. They get so into it, analyzing every throw, catch, and shot. But sometimes, they ask me why players have to take risks like that. It makes me think... I mean, you gotta give credit where credit is due - Ashton Agar's determination and skill were on full display. 🙌

It's funny how sports can make us appreciate the little moments in life. My kids are already talking about how lucky we are to have seen so much great cricket over the years. And I'm like, yeah, we're blessed to have these talented athletes giving it their all... 🙏

man that's so sad 🤕, can't believe it happened to aussie cricket legend like that, phil hughes must've been going mental 😱 while batting with agar on that one... 98 runs is insane btw, agar was in form that day 👍 but yeah, it's a real shame what happened, he was still young too 🤦‍♂️, you'd think he had so much cricket left in him 🏏😢 anyway, hope phil hughes is doing alright and can bounce back from the shock 💪

😞 This is so sad... I just can't believe it's come to this. Ashton Agar, one of the most talented young bowlers out there, and now he's gone too soon. 🙏 98 runs is a lot for anyone to take on, especially in a high-pressure match like that. And what was even more shocking is that it happened just as he was starting to make an impact with the bat... I mean, who expects that from their bowler? 😮

I remember watching him play in some of the Aussie Shield matches and he had this aura about him, you know? The way he'd swing a ball, the way he'd unsettle batsmen... it was like magic. And then, out of nowhere, he's given a chance to bat and he just takes to it like a duck to water! 🦆 I guess that's one of the things we'll always remember about him - his raw talent and his willingness to try new things.

It's crazy to think that this is how his Ashes career will end... what could've been, right? 😔
