OMG, can you even imagine being in space for months with no medical help nearby lol 
what if it was a girl or something, like would they have gotten that same level of care? I mean, we need to talk about this, the US space program is super advanced but they still gotta treat their astronauts like human beings, not just test subjects 
NASA should be getting major props for pulling this off though, it's not every day you see a medical emergency in space
