I don’t usually comment but I'm kinda surprised they're still not talking about climate change as much as they should be, given how hot it's been in Australia lately . It's like, yeah we get it, there's been a record heatwave, but what's the plan to actually do something about it? Are they just gonna keep holding interest rates steady and hoping everything else magically sorts itself out? And what about all these auction activity numbers, are people really buying up houses left and right or is this just some kind of bubble waiting to pop .

I'm really worried about what's happening in Australia right now . These record-breaking temperatures are crazy and it's like we're running out of time to do something about climate change . I mean, 1.9C above the average? That's insane! And another hot January on top of all these previous ones... what's going on?! I've always loved visiting Australia in summer, but now it feels like a nightmare .

But anyway, let's switch gears to something else... did you see that auction activity rebounded this weekend? 1,629 auctions? That's a lot of buying and selling going on! And the clearance rate is already at 69.7%... I'm not sure what it all means for the economy, but I'm sure economists are having fun trying to figure it out .

Australia's climate situation is literally getting worse and it makes me soooo sad like how can one country just keep breaking records like this?!
