Ugh, $299 for an air quality monitor?! Are people seriously throwing their money away like that?! I mean, I get it, PurpleAir is a reputable brand and all, but come on! Can't they make something more affordable? Like, what's the point of having good air quality if you can't afford to keep up with it?! And don't even get me started on this "glowing green ring light" nonsense... who thought that was a good idea?! 
I'd rather just have a plain old display that tells me how clean or dirty the air is, no frills necessary. And what's up with the "crowdsourced Real-Time Air Quality Map"? Sounds like a fancy way of saying they're just relying on random people to report air quality levels...
